These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services made available on or through https://www.dotstory.in/ and/or the Dotstory Webview mobile app (collectively, the “Platform”, and together with the services made available on or through the Platform, the “Services”). These Terms also include our privacy policy, available at https://www.dotstory.in/privacy-policy (“Privacy Policy”), and any guidelines, additional, or supplemental terms, policies, and disclaimers made available or issued by us from time to time (“Supplemental Terms”). The Privacy Policy and the Supplemental Terms form an integral part of these Terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Supplemental Terms with respect to applicable Services, the Supplemental Terms will prevail.

The Terms constitute a binding and enforceable legal contract between Inla Dotstory Private Limited (a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 with its registered address at 18/19, SN Banerjee Lane, 3rd Floor, Bandhaghat, Howrah – 711106 and its principal place of business at 28/1 Dobson Road, Pushpanjali Apartment, Howrah, West Bengal – 711101 and its affiliates (“Dotstory”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), and you, a user of the Services, or any legal entity that books Pro Services (defined below) on behalf of end-users (“you” or “Customer”). By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity and authority to agree to and bind yourself to these Terms. If you represent any other person, you confirm and represent that you have the necessary power and authority to bind such person to these Terms. 

By using the Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and are bound by these Terms, as amended from time to time, and that you will comply with the requirements listed here. These Terms expressly supersede any prior written agreements with you. If you do not agree to these Terms, or comply with the requirements listed here, please do not use the Services. 

1. SERVICES:
   
   1. The Services comprise the Platform, which allows you to plan and schedule various photography, videography, and editorial-based services with independent third-party service providers (“Service Professionals”). Dotstory enables the transmission of payments to Service Professionals for the services they provide to you as part of the Services and collects payments on their behalf.

2. The services rendered by Service Professionals are referred to as “Pro Services”. The term “Services” does not include the Pro Services. Dotstory does not provide the Pro Services and is not responsible for their provision. Service Professionals are entirely accountable and responsible for the Pro Services they offer or perform on the Platform. Dotstory and its affiliates do not employ Service Professionals, nor are their agents, contractors, or partners of Dotstory or its affiliates. Service Professionals do not have the capacity to bind or represent Dotstory.

3. Unless otherwise negotiated in line with the terms of a separate agreement, the Platform is presented solely for your personal and non-commercial use. Please keep in mind that the Platform is only meant for use in India. You acknowledge that if you use the Services or Pro Services from a legal jurisdiction other than India’s territory, you will be assumed to have accepted the Dotstory terms and conditions applicable to that jurisdiction.

4. The Services are made accessible through numerous brands owned or licensed by Dotstory and its affiliates.

5. Dotstory’s ability to send you text messages, emails, or WhatsApp messages is an important feature of the Services, whether in connection with your reservations, your use of the Services, or as part of its promotional and marketing activities. While you have the option to opt out of getting these text messages by contacting Dotstory at hello@dotstory.in or through the in-Platform settings, you accept and understand that doing so may impair Dotstory’s ability to offer the Services (or a portion of the Services) to you.
6. In some cases, you may be needed to provide identity verification in order to use the Services or the Pro Services, and you thus agree to do so. If you do not comply with this request, you may be unable to utilize the Services or Pro Services.
7. We don’t have multiple location services. The location selected at the time of booking shall be the only location for service. Partner’s will not go to different locations for provide the service for the same bookiing.
   
8. Booking shall not be confirmed untile accepted by any partner, if any booking made and there is no available partner the advance payment shall be credited back to the customer.

7. Dotstory Credits:

1. Dotstory may, in its sole discretion, provide promotional codes that can be redeemed for credits, other features, or advantages related to the Services and/or Pro Services, subject to any additional conditions that may apply to a promotional code (“Dotstory Credits”).

2.  You agree that (i) you will use Dotstory Credits lawfully and only for the purposes specified by such Dotstory Credits, (ii) you will not duplicate, sell, or transfer the Dotstory Credits in any way (including by posting such codes on a public forum) unless you have Dotstorys express prior consent to do so, (iii) Dotstory Credits may be disabled by Dotstory at any time for any reason without liability to you, (iv)

3. Dotstory may, in its sole discretion, supply Dotstory Credits to just selected users, resulting in different amounts paid for the same or comparable services received by other users.

4. Dotstory reserves the right to withhold or deduct credits or other features or benefits obtained by you or any other user through the use of Dotstory Credits if Dotstory reasonably determines or believes that the use or redemption of the Dotstory Credits was in error, fraudulent, illegal, or in violation of the applicable Dotstory Credit terms or these Terms.

2. Account Creation

1. To use the Services, you must first register an account on the Platform (“Account”). You may be needed to provide certain data for this Account, including but not limited to your phone number. You must be at least 18 years old to create an Account.

2. You represent and warrant that all information provided in connection with your Account is and will continue to be accurate and truthful. You promise to quickly update your details on the Platform in the event that this information changes or is modified.

3. You are entirely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Account and undertake to tell us promptly of any disclosure or unauthorized use of your Account, as well as any other breach of security with regard to your Account.

4. You are liable and accountable for any activity that occurs via your Account, including those done by third parties. We will not be held responsible for any unauthorized access to your Account.

5. You agree to receive messages from us regarding (i) payment requests, (ii) information about us and the Services, (iii) promotional offers and services from us and our third-party Service Professionals, and (iv) any other Services-related topic.

3. User Content

1. Our Platform may include interactive features or services that enable users who have registered with us to post, upload, publish, display, transmit, or submit comments, reviews, recommendations, feedback, ideas, or other content to or through the Platform (“User Content”).

2. We may seek evaluations about Service Professionals from you as part of the successful provision of the Services and for quality control purposes, and you agree and recognize that Service Professionals may give reviews about you to us. You must not offer incorrect, inaccurate, or misleading information about the reviews deliberately. We will utilize reviews for quality control and to decide if Customers and Service Professionals are acceptable Platform users. We retain the right to terminate your registration and remove you from our Platform if we deem, in our sole discretion, that you are not an acceptable user.

3. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, and royalty-free license to (i) use, publish, display, store, host, transfer, process, communicate, distribute, make available, modify, adapt, translate, and create derivative works of the User Content for the purposes of operating and promoting the Services, and (ii) use User Content for the limited purposes of advertising and promoting the Services or providing evidence.

4. You hereby waive all claims based on moral rights or other similar rights pertaining to the User Content in connection with these Terms and the licenses granted under this section.

5. You agree and recognize that Dotstory may, in its sole discretion, delete or otherwise limit access to User Content that breaches these Terms.

4. Consent to use data

1. You accept that we may collect and use your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy may be found at https://dotstory.in/privacy-policy/ and describes the types of personal data that we collect or otherwise process about you, as well as how we treat such data.

2. In addition to any consent you may offer under the Privacy Policy, you agree that we may share your information with our affiliates or other third-party service providers. We may use information and data relating to your use of the Services for the purposes of providing the Services, analytics, trend identification, and statistical purposes in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our Services, as well as the provision of beneficial schemes, new offers, and experience enhancement.

3. We may be directed by law enforcement authorities, the government, or other connected organizations to reveal data about you in connection with criminal or civil actions, according to applicable laws. You understand and agree that in such cases, we may disclose such data with applicable organizations or entities.

5. Booking

1. Booking Channel: Only the Dotstory website and Web-view Mobile App are available for booking. Dotstory does not accept bookings through phone, email, SMS, or any other method other than the official website or Web-view Mobile app.

2. Booking Request: The Platform allows you to book various Pro Services at a time that is convenient for you depending on available slots. To make a booking, follow the Platform’s instructions and enter the essential information. We make reasonable attempts to locate a Service Professional who can deliver the desired service at the specified time. If we are unable to locate a Service Professional for the given time period, we will call you to arrange an alternate time or cancel the booking request. You will be required to pay an advance fee to book the service for the available slot. Booking requests do not confirm the booking.
   
3. Confirmation: Once you submit a request, we will confirm the booking after any service professional is available for the time slot through SMS, email, WhatsApp, or push notification. Once a Service Professional for the required Pro Services has been found, you will receive confirmation in the app or by SMS, email, WhatsApp, or push notification.

4. Cancellation: Bookings canceled within 48 hours after being confirmed on the Platform will not be charged. Any cancellations made 48 hours after booking will be subject to Dotstory’s cancellation policy.

5. Reschedule: Customer can request rescheduling within 48hrs of booking. However, we do not guarantee the availability of the partner.

6. Substitution: If a selected Service Professional is unavailable or cancels, we will attempt to provide you with a substitute from among our registered Service Professionals. But in some cases, it may be possible that we fail to provide one. In that case, refunds will be issued subject to our refund policy.

6. Pricing, Fees, and Payment Terms

1. Dotstory preserves the right to charge you for the various Services and/or any other services you may choose to use on or via the Platform from time to time.

2. Charges and Fees in respect of Pro Services:
   
   1. You will be required to pay the amount indicated at the time of booking as well as amounts towards (a) any additional Pro Services you may avail, (b) out-of-pocket expenses incurred by the Service Professional, and (c) expenses arising out of the purchase of goods or services required or utilized for the performance of the Pro Service (“Charges”). Dotstory retains the right to charge you a convenience fee for enabling the booking and transferring funds to the Service Professional in addition to the Charges payable to Service Professionals (this cost is referred to as “Fees”). You accept that the final statement you get may contain extra costs such as a safety fee, warranty fee, insurance fee, or Service Professional welfare fee, among others.

2. At the time of booking, Dotstory will notify you of the applicable Charges, Fees, and payment methods. Generally, you may make payments for Pro Services through credit cards, debit cards, net banking, wallets, and UPI at the time of booking and completion of the Pro Service. We have the right to modify and otherwise restrict the modes of payment available to you. 

3. The Charges and Fees may be paid while making a booking or after the Pro Service is completed, as defined by Dotstory.

4. Dotstory solely takes online payments; no cash payments are possible or permitted.

5. Please keep in mind that the Charges are payable to Service Professionals, and Dotstory works as a limited collection agent on their behalf to collect and transfer payments owed to them.

6. Dotstory maintains the right, at its sole discretion, to change the Charges and Fees at any moment. A change in Fees will have no effect on any bookings that were confirmed prior to the posting of the updated Fees on the Platform.

7. Unless otherwise decided by Dotstory or required by relevant legislation, the charges and fees you pay are final and non-refundable. You may be entitled to a refund or other remedies under certain laws if the Services are not provided as described.

8. You understand and accept that during times of high demand, the charges and fees applicable in particular geographical locations may increase significantly. Dotstory shall make reasonable attempts to notify you of any applicable Charges and Fees. However, by using the Pro Services or Services, you agree to accept responsibility for all Charges and Fees incurred under your Account, regardless of whether you are aware of such Charges or Fees.

3. Payment Processors: We may bill you using your preferred means of payment through a third-party payment processor (“Payment Processor”). Payments will be processed in accordance with the terms and policies of such Payment Processor, in addition to these Terms. We will not be held accountable for any errors made by the Payment Processor. In the event of a failed payment, the amount charged will be reimbursed in line with the Payment Processor’s conditions.

4. Cancellation: You may cancel your request for services from a Service Professional at any time prior to such Service Professional’s arrival, in which case you may be charged a cancellation fee in line with Dotstory cancellation policy. Dotstory maintains the right to charge you or otherwise deduct relevant taxes in relation to a such cancellation fee.

5. Gratuity/Tip: Dotstory does not identify any percentage of your payment to the Service Professional as a tip or gratuity. Dotstory’s representations that tipping is “voluntary,” “not required,” and/or “included” in the payments you make for Pro Services are not meant to imply that Dotstory makes extra payments to Service Professionals. You understand and agree that, while you are free to offer a tip to any Service Professional who provides you with Pro Services, you are not required to do so. Gratuities are entirely optional.
   
6. Customer Conduct

1. Dotstory bans discrimination against Service Professionals based on race, religion, caste, national origin, handicap, sexual orientation, sex, marital status, gender identity, age, or any other protected feature under relevant law. This includes but is not limited to, any rejection to accept Pro Services on the basis of any of these qualities.

2. We ask that you treat all Service Professionals with politeness and respect and that you offer a safe, clean, and acceptable area for them to execute the Pro Services. Service Professionals have the right to refuse to perform Pro Services if you do not offer a safe, clean, and acceptable place for them, or if you treat them in a discourteous, rude, abusive, or otherwise improper manner. We retain the right to deny access to the Services and otherwise limit your access to Pro Services at our sole discretion if you act disrespectfully, disrespectfully, or abusively towards any Service Professional, or in any other way that we deem improper or unlawful.

3. You acknowledge that you will be held accountable if you discriminate against Service Professionals or fail, whether intentionally or unintentionally, to provide the Service Professionals with a safe, clean, and acceptable place in which to execute the Pro Services. You shall also provide to Dotstory and the Service Professional any and all facts that may have an influence on the Service Professional’s ability to execute the Pro Services or the Services Professional’s health, safety, or well-being.

4. You agree that if a Service Professional acts in a discourteous, disrespectful, abusive, inappropriate, or illegal manner, you must report the incident to admin@dotstory.in as soon as possible, but no later than 48 (forty-eight) hours after the incident occurred.

8. Third-Party Services 

1. The Platform may contain connections to Third Party Services as well as services, material, documents, and information owned, licenced to, or otherwise made accessible by a third party (“Third Party Services”). You understand and recognise that Third Party Services are exclusively the responsibility of the third party who produced or offered them, and that you use them at your own risk.

2. We make no claims and disclaim any and all warranties and responsibilities resulting from or related to such Third Party Services, including their accuracy or completeness. If you use a Third Party Service, you will be governed and bound by the terms and conditions and privacy policies of the Third Party Service providers. Furthermore, all intellectual property rights in and to Third Party Services are owned by the third parties.

9. Your Responsibilities:
   
   1. You represent and warrant that any information you supply in connection with the Services and Pro Services is complete, accurate, and correct on the day you agree to these Terms and will remain complete, true, and correct while you use the Services and/or Pro Services. If any of the information you supply changes throughout the term of these Terms, you agree to notify us as soon as possible. We assume no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage that you may experience or incur as a result of any erroneous, incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information, documents, material, or data submitted to avail the Services, or if you fail to disclose any material fact.

2. You agree to assist us in defending any actions brought against us as a result of a breach of your responsibilities or covenants under these Terms.

3. You represent and warrant, with relation to the User Content, that:

1. You possess all intellectual property rights (or have received all required permissions) to contribute User Content and grant the licenses set out in these Terms.

2. You are entirely responsible for any activities that occur on or through your Platform account, as well as all User Content.

3. The User Content does not and will not breach any of your other agreements’ rights or responsibilities.

4. The User Content does not and will not violate, infringe, or misappropriate any intellectual property right or other proprietary right of any person or entity, including the right of publicity or privacy.

5. The User material contains no viruses, corrupted data, or other dangerous, disruptive, or destructive files or material, and shall not contain any in the future.

6. The User Content does not and will not infringe on the rights of third parties; and

7. The User Content (A) does not belong to any other person over whom you have no right, (B) does not endanger India’s unity, integrity, defence, security, or sovereignty, friendly relations with foreign states, public order, causes incitement to the commission of any cognisable offence, prevents investigation of any offence, or insults another nation, and (C) is not defamatory, grossly harmful, blasphemous, paedophilic, invasive of another’

4. Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, you may not use the Services in any way. You shall not, without limiting the scope of the previous sentence:

1. Violate the proprietary rights of any party, including but not limited to copyrights, patents, trademarks, or trade secrets;
2. Unless otherwise specified herein, you may not copy, display, distribute, modify, publish, reproduce, store, transmit, post, translate, create derivative works from, or licence the Services.

3. Use the Services to send or upload any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, timebombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware, or any other harmful programs, or similar computer code, designed to disrupt the operation of any computer software or hardware;

4. Employ a robot, spider, or other automated device or manual method to monitor or duplicate the Services or any element of them;
   
5. Participate in the systematic retrieval of material from the Services in order to develop or assemble a collection, compilation, database, or directory, either directly or indirectly;

6. Use the Services in an illegal, fraudulent, or malicious manner, or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms;

7. The User Content (A) does not belong to any other person over whom you have no right, (B) does not endanger India’s unity, integrity, defence, security, or sovereignty, friendly relations with foreign states, public order, causes incitement to the commission of any cognisable offence, prevents investigation of any offence, or insults another nation, and (C) is not defamatory, grossly harmful, blasphemous, paedophilic, invasive of another’

5. Except as specifically authorised in these Terms, you may not use the Services in any way. You shall not, without limiting the scope of the previous sentence:

6. violate the proprietary rights of any party, including but not limited to copyrights, patents, trademarks, or trade secrets;

7. Unless otherwise specified above, you may not duplicate, display, distribute, alter, publish, reproduce, store, transmit, post, translate, create derivative works from, or license the Services.

8. use the Services to send or upload any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, timebombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware, or any other harmful programs, or similar computer code, designed to disrupt the operation of any computer software or hardware;

9. employ a robot, spider, or other automated device or manual method to monitor or duplicate the Services or any element of them;

10. participate in the systematic retrieval of material from the Services in order to develop or assemble a collection, compilation, database, or directory, either directly or indirectly;

11. use the Services in an illegal, fraudulent, or malicious manner, or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms;

12. Services must not be decompiled, reverse-engineered, or disassembled.

13. It is not permitted to decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble services.

14. In any way, you are breaking the law.

15. You agree not to participate in any action that interferes or disrupts the Services.

16. You shall not use hacking, password mining, or any other illicit methods to gain unauthorized access to any section or feature of the Services, any other systems or networks connected to the Services, to any of our servers, or to the Platform.

17. You shall not, directly or indirectly, in any capacity, solicit, attempt to influence, engage, approach, or accept or encourage the solicitations or approach of a Service Professional from whom you have obtained Pro Services to either terminate or otherwise cease their registration on or engagement with the Platform, or independently obtain services similar to or identical to the Pro Services, without booking the Pro Services through your Account. You agree that this limitation is reasonable and fair, that it is required for the protection of Service Professionals’ privacy and security, and that it will not prevent you from acquiring services similar to or identical to the Pro Services through the Platform or other methods. You also agree that any possible harm to Service Professionals from not enforcing this condition exceeds any potential harm to you.

10. Our Intellectual Property:

1. We own or have been granted all rights, titles, and interests in and to the Services, including all intellectual property rights deriving from the Services. We give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, and restricted license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms and our written instructions published from time to time, subject to your compliance with these Terms. Dotstory or its licensors reserve all rights not explicitly granted herein.

2. We may from time to time require that you offer recommendations and other feedback, including bug reports, about the Services (“Feedback”). We may freely use, copy, disclose, publish, display, distribute, and exploit the Feedback we get from you without compensation, acknowledgment, prior authorization, or any other kind of restriction deriving from your intellectual property rights.

3. Except as specifically stated in these Terms, nothing in these Terms should be interpreted as giving any right or license to our or any other party’s intellectual property rights.

11. Terms & Termination:

1. These conditions will continue in force until terminated in line with their conditions.

2. We may restrict, deactivate, or terminate your access to, or use of, the Services, or any portion thereof, (i) immediately and at our sole discretion, (A) if you violate or breach any of the obligations, responsibilities, or covenants set forth in these Terms, (B) when you cease to be a user of our Services, (C) if you do not qualify, or are likely not to qualify, under applicable law, or the standards and policies of Dotstory or its affiliates, to access

3. You may cancel these Terms at any time and for any reason by notifying Dotstory in writing at  hello@dotstory.in

4. Following the expiration of these Terms:

1. The Account will be terminated;

2. The Services will “expire”; and

3. Except for terms expressly or by implication intended to survive termination or expiration, these Terms shall expire.

12. Disclaimers and Warranties:

1. The Services are given “as is” without any guarantee of any kind, explicit, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a specific purpose. We offer no promise, without limitation, that the Services will satisfy your requirements or expectations.

2. No advice or information gained from us, whether oral or written, shall establish any warranty unless specifically expressed in the Terms.

3. While Dotstory makes every effort to offer correct information on Pro Services and Charges, price mistakes do arise on occasion.

4. You agree and accept that we are only a platform that links you with Service Professionals, and that we will not be held accountable for any responsibilities that are not expressly specified in these Terms. We are not accountable or responsible for any bookings, the performance of the Pro Services by any Service Professional, or any acts or omissions of the Service Professionals while providing the Pro Services, including any property damage. By booking Pro Services through the Platform, you are entering into a contract with the relevant Service Provider for the provision of those services, and we accept no responsibility or liability for the Service Professionals’ performance under that contract, nor do we make any warranty, representation, or guarantee.

5. You agree and understand that requesting or receiving services from any Service Professional on your own is entirely at your own risk, and in doing so, you renounce any rights you may have under these Terms.

6. We provide no guarantees or warranties and make no representations about the Service Professionals’ dependability, quality, or appropriateness.

7. You expressly agree and assume full responsibility for any repercussions that may result from your usage of the Services and Pro Services.

8. Dotstory shall maintain a complaints management structure and manage it on behalf of Service Professionals in a reasonable and non-excludable way in compliance with relevant applicable legislation.

9. We, our affiliates, and our linked parties each disclaim any liability for any loss or injury arising out of, or due to:

1. your use of, or inability to utilize, the Services or the Pro Services, or their availability or unavailability;

2. any defect, interruption, or delay in the operation or transmission of information to, from, or through the Services, communications failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorised access to our records, programmes, services, servers, or other infrastructure relating to the Services;

3. failure of the Services to function for any length of time; and

4. the loss of any User Content or other data as a result of your use of the Services.

10. In no event shall Dotstory, its officers, directors, and employees, or its contractors, agents, licensors, Service Professionals, or suppliers, be liable to you for any direct, special, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, reliance, or exemplary damages (including, without limitation, lost business opportunities, lost revenues, or loss of anticipated profits, or any other pecuniary or non-pecuniary loss or damage of any kind, including but not limited to services

11. To the greatest extent permissible by law, our obligation is limited to the amount of commission we get in connection with a specific booking made on the Platform. Our total liability to you in connection with these Terms shall in no case exceed INR 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand).

12. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or restrict any statutory warranty that it would be illegal to exclude or limit.

13. Indemnity:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us, our parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and our officers, employees, directors, agents, and representatives, harmless from and against any claim, demand, lawsuit, judicial proceeding, losses, liabilities, damages, and costs (including, without limitation, all damages, liabilities, settlements, and attorneys fees), arising from or related to your access to the Services or Pro Services, use of the Services, or participation in the Services.

14. Jurisdiction, Governing Laws, And Dispute Resolution:

1. These Terms will be governed, construed, and enforced in conformity with Indian law. Subject to the other provisions of this article, the courts of Kolkata will have exclusive jurisdiction over any problems arising from these Terms or the use of the Services.
   
2. Any disagreements, conflicts, disputes, or differences arising from these Terms will be addressed by arbitration in Kolkata in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, which is presumed to be incorporated by reference in this section. Dotstory will appoint one arbitrator to serve on the panel. The arbitration will be conducted in English. The parties to the arbitration must keep the arbitration secret and not reveal it to anybody other than those with a need to know or legal advisers unless compelled by law. The arbitrator’s ruling is final and binding on all parties involved. Each party to the arbitration must incur its own expenses in the event of a dispute.

15. Grievance Redressal:

2. We will make certain that your complaint is handled within the timeframes specified by relevant legislation.

16. Miscellaneous Provisions:

4. Without our prior written agreement, you may not licence, sell, transfer, or assign your rights, responsibilities, or covenants under these Terms or your Account in any way. We reserve the right to give or deny this permission in our sole discretion, subject to any restrictions we deem suitable. Without prior notice to you, we may assign our rights to any of our affiliates, subsidiaries, or parent businesses, any successor in the interest of any business involved with the Services, or any third party.

5. Notices: Except for routine operational communications, all notices, requests, demands, and determinations for us under these Terms must be sent to harsh@dotstory.in.

6. Third Party Rights: No third party shall be entitled to enforce any of the terms contained in this agreement.

7. We will have no liability to you if we are prevented or delayed from performing our obligations or carrying on our business due to acts, events, omissions, or accidents beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, strikes, failure of a utility service or telecommunications network, act of God, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, or compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation, or direction.
